7. Withdrawals

• above CHF 20'000.- per calendar month, without prior notice as specified in the contract:
  total of withdrawals in a calendar month minus CHF 20'000.- times interest rate divided by 12 (e.g.: if withdrawing CHF 30'000.-: CHF (30'000 - 20'000) * 0.5% / 12 = CHF 4.15).

8. Fees charged by third parties

are to be borne by the customer and will be deducted from the account

Fee Schedule valid as of June 2009. It is in the Bank's absolute discretion to amend the the Fee Schedule at any time.
