• 1. Loan application

  Visit us at one of our branches in your area. Bring a valid identification document (passport, ID card or driver's license). Non-Swiss citizens: please bring your residence permit.

• 2. Processing

  We will review your application quickly and discreetly on the basis of the information you provide, the legal provisions of the Consumer Credit Act and our internal guidelines.

• 3. Approval

  We make you a personal offer that you can sign there and then.

• 4. Cooling-off period

  After you sign the contract there is a 7-day period in which you can opt to not to proceed with the loan.

• 5. Cash for you

  Once this period has passed, you can withdraw your cash from one of our branches or have it transferred directly to your bank or post office account.
