This leading position was due to our business culture and the various activities aimed at improving employee retention and development associated with it. There were other factors with a positive bearing on the evaluation, such as local and global leadership programmes, the worldwide and locally existing GE Women's Network, effective and transparent ways of communication as well as numerous events with regard to the internal GE “HealthAhead programme” (health programme for employees).
