In a survey conducted by "Great Place to Work" Switzerland in March 2011, GE Money Bank Switzerland figures within the top 20 employers out of a total of 120 business companies.

This positioning is due, first of all, to the business culture and the numerous activities aimed at strengthening employee retention and advancement. Local and global leadership programs, the worldwide and local GE Women’s Network, the concise and transparent communication as well as numerous events in the "HealthAhead Program" (a health promotion program for employees) had a positive impact on the qualification result.
