Helping people manage money
Providing independent and comprehensive information on the topic of money is a key issue for GE Money Bank. In close cooperation with our partners we have therefore launched the GE Money Basics website which provides answers to all the important questions to do with personal finance and financial planning.
Promoting the education of young people
We are partners, together with schools and other leading businesses, in Young Enterprise Switzerland. The aim of the programs is to promote the economic and entrepreneurial education of young people and to communicate the fundamental principles of our economic system in a practical way. Experts talk about their personal experience of working in the sector and give their audience an exciting insight into the way that our economy works.
Promoting employee development and equal opportunity
As a company we promote a culture of diversity and equality of opportunity. For example, more than 50% of GE Money Bank Switzerland's employees are women. In order to further encourage this open corporate attitude, the GE Women’s Network was founded in 1999. It offers employees an ideal platform for personal development and the exchange of views.
