GE Money was recognized for the high-quality service it provides by being named Best Consumer Finance Company at the Cards International Awards Dinner. It was also nominated in the Best Cross-Border Credit Card Issuer category.

The GE Women’s Network was recognized in 2007 as the best small network within GE worldwide. With more than 35 events and 800 participants each year it not only provides a platform for female employees, it also makes a crucial contribution towards the maintenance of social networks both inside and outside the bank.

In 2008 Switzerland's GE Volunteers received an award for the third time in succession for their projects in the area of education and for their volunteer work for charity.

In a survey conducted by "Great Place to Work" Switzerland in March 2011, GE Money Bank Switzerland figures within the top 20 employers out of a total of 120 business companies. This positioning is due, first of all, to the business culture and the numerous activities aimed at strengthening employee retention and advancement. Local and global leadership programs, the worldwide and local GE Women’s Network, the concise and transparent communication as well as numerous events in the "HealthAhead Program" (a health promotion program for employees) had a positive impact on the qualification result.
