GE worldwide

But much has happened since 1878, and General Electric today is a broadly diversified company with a global leadership position in technology, the media and finance. Specifically this means that GE currently employs over 300,000 people in more than 100 countries and generated revenues of more than 173 billion US dollars in 2007.
